Conforms to API 610 and API 682 standards for heavy duty process, applicable for delivering various kinds of liquids, of low\/high temperature, of high pressure, inflammable,explosive, poisonous, easy to be crystallized or corrosive. Applicable for oil refining, petrochemical, coal chemical, cryogenic engineering, seawater desalination, offshore industry, pharmacy.<\/p>\n

1\u3001 Product introduction<\/strong>
\nKPP chemical process pump is an oh2 chemical process pump product designed according to API610 and API682 specifications.<\/p>\n

2\u3001 Product features<\/strong>
\n1. The product is a single-stage horizontal radial split double volute structure with intermediate support, axial suction and radial discharge. It has a large capacity oil storage chamber design and an automatic oil replenishment device.
\n2. The pressure grade of shell and flange is 4MPa (5.0mpa for American flange), and the pressure test pressure is 7.5Mpa.
\n3. Reliable rotor relaxation device, large shaft suction design.
\n4. Smaller cantilever ratio can effectively reduce the deflection.
\n5. Pump cover design to improve anti-wear ability.
\n6. The oil cooler can realize the uniform cooling of the bearing and the monitoring of temperature and vibration.
\n7. The main materials are configured according to API standard materials: materials of flow passage parts – carbon steel, 12% chromium steel, austenitic stainless steel and duplex stainless steel; The shaft seal is designed in accordance with api682 standard, equipped with extended diaphragm coupling and steel base with liquid collecting tank.
