Powering Sustainable Manufacturing: 1050kW Rooftop Distributed PV Power System

To improve energy self-sufficiency, we have taken the unused rooftop space of Kenflo's third workshop to develop clean energy. We have installed a total of 2016 high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, covering an area of approximately 9500m³.

Three technical breakthroughs in the transformation:

1. Weather-resistant panels — waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant monocrystalline silicon modules built for demanding factory conditions, achieving 24.1% conversion efficiency (15% higher than conventional panels)

2. Huawei smart O&M system — real-time monitoring of output, equipment temperature, and fault alerts, enabling fully automated remote operations and cutting maintenance costs by 40%

3. Flexible mounting design — custom lightweight aluminum structures built for rooftop load and wind resistance, shortening installation to just 30 days

✔Expected first-year output: 1,360 MWh (25-year average: 1,280 MWh/year)

✔Annual CO₂ reduction: ~1,000 tons — equal to planting 45,000 trees

✔Projected annual savings: 600,000+ yuan in electricity costs
