The 100,000 tons/year POE (polyolefin elastomer) project has been successfully put into operation. As the main supplier of vacuum pumps for the volatilization process of the project, Kenflo provided critical equipment support.

We bring customized 2BW9 High Vacuum Compound Units and solutions tailored to POE production. The 2BW9 series employs a compound configuration of "multi-stage Roots pumps + interstage heat exchangers + liquid ring vacuum pumps", ensuring stable vacuum levels under high-load conditions (with ultimate vacuum reaching 1 hPa.abs). This system effectively evacuates volatile by-products generated during extrusion, preventing material degradation and clogging.
