1、Product introduction

The KTP air-conditioning pump is a new energy-efficient product developed by Kenflo specifically for HVAC cooling systems. Based on the XA and IS pump series, KTP complies with the BS EN733 and ISO9908 international standards and is interchangeable with other pumps that meet the same standards.

 

2、Product features

1. The KTP is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. It offers a compact footprint, light weight, simple construction, good cavitation resistance, low power consumption, and easy maintenance and servicing.

2. Driven by a dedicated low-speed, low-noise HVAC motor, ensuring smooth operation and safe use.

3. It features a back pull-out design, allowing the pump cover and impeller to be removed without disconnecting the suction or discharge piping.

4. Equipped with mechanical seals, with a normal service life exceeding 10,000 hours. This ensures leak-free operation under high water pressure, delivering stable and reliable performance.

5. Offers excellent parts commonality. Only four shaft, bearing bracket, and coupling sizes are used across the entire range, enhancing interchangeability, reducing spare parts inventory, and simplifying maintenance management.

6. Balancing holes or back vanes are incorporated into the back shroud of the impeller to balance axial thrust.

7. The pump cover is provided with flush ports for cleaning the seal chamber and cooling the mechanical seal faces.

8. Using ductile iron casing, cast iron impeller, bronze wear rings, stainless steel shaft, and NSK bearings. Optional materials: 316 stainless steel casing; 316 stainless steel or copper alloy impeller.

4、Application field

Suitable for handling clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, at temperatures ranging from -10°C to +104°C. Widely used in air conditioning systems.
