1、Product introduction

GD In-Line Centrifugal Pump is a product developed and designed by Kenflo. Its excellent hydraulic model can effectively reduce operating costs.

 

2、Product features

1. Easy installation: The pump and motor share a common shaft, eliminating the need for shaft alignment. The pump can be installed directly into the pipeline without requiring specially designed adapters.

2. Compact structure: As a close-coupled centrifugal pump, it occupies more than 50% less floor space and reduces weight by over 30% compared to conventional single-stage centrifugal pumps.

3. High cost-effectiveness: Compared to ordinary single-stage centrifugal pumps with the same performance, it saves more than 30% in both purchase and installation costs.

4. The pump is a vertical close-coupled centrifugal pump, sharing a common shaft with a Class F insulated high-temperature motor (with extended motor shaft). The motor's front bearing is a high-quality Japanese brand bearing. The pump can be installed either horizontally or vertically.

5. The suction and discharge nozzles are designed on the same horizontal axis, allowing the pump to be installed directly at any point in the pipeline, just like a valve.

6. The shaft seal is a high-temperature mechanical seal, ensuring leak-free operation.

7. Axial thrust is primarily balanced hydraulically, with the residual axial load being carried by the motor bearings.

8. The pump casing, impeller, and close-coupled frame are typically made of HT200; for high-power pumps, the casing material is HT250. Upon customer request, optional materials such as copper alloy, stainless steel, or imported mechanical seals are also available.

4、Application field

The GD In-Line pump is primarily designed for handling clean water at room temperature or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is widely used in air conditioning systems, water circulation systems, building water supply and drainage networks, and various water transfer applications. The GDR hot water In-Line pump is commonly used in bathrooms, heating systems, hot and chilled water circulation, as well as boiler feed and drainage applications.
