1、Product introduction

The KYW submersible sewage pump is engineered by Kenflo based on advanced international and domestic technologies, with due consideration of user requirements and varied operating conditions. It features a state-of-the-art hydraulic design and superior solids-handling capability. When paired with an optional automatic level control panel, the pump offers enhanced convenience.

2、Product features

1. The unique large-passage impeller design significantly improves solids handling, allowing the pump to pass fibrous materials up to five times the pump outlet diameter and solid particles approximately 50% of the pump outlet diameter.

2. The mechanical seal is made of a new-generation corrosion-resistant cemented carbide and operates continuously within an oil bath, ensuring safe, long-term pump performance.

3. The vertical design means the pump casing is submerged in the fluid during operation, enabling easy priming without the need for air purging or evacuation. It also offers leak-free operation, with submersion depths ranging from 0.5 to 5 meters.

4. The overall structure is well designed for low noise, significant energy savings, and easy maintenance.

5. The pump is connected to the motor via a flexible coupling. The precision-machined pump shaft ensures smooth operation with a generous safety margin.

6. Available in single-pipe or dual-pipe configuration. The single-pipe version includes only a discharge elbow; the dual-pipe version includes discharge pipes that extend above the liquid level.

7. An optional automatic level control panel can be supplied, which starts and stops the pump based on changes in the liquid level. No operator attendance is required, making it extremely user-friendly.
