1、 Product introduction
KDW series multistage pump is a new generation of multistage pump products newly designed by our company. Its hydraulic performance and structural characteristics ensure that users can effectively reduce the operation cost of the pump in various applications.
2、 Product features
1. KDW multistage pump this type of pump is a multistage centrifugal pump with segmental, horizontal and closed impeller. It includes 10 sizes and specifications. Each specification has 2 to 10 stages of impeller at most. It adopts a unique combination of axial force balance: balance hole (double sealing ring), labyrinth throttling sleeve and pressure relief pipe. The residual axial force is borne by a group of angular contact ball bearings.
2. Impellers with different diameters can be installed to meet the different performance requirements of users and reduce power loss.
3. For pumps with specifications of KDW25 ~ KDW80, the pump foot of the suction section is located on the first stage terminal, and the direction of the suction inlet can be adjusted appropriately to adapt to different installation conditions.
4. The drive end is located on the suction side of the pump.

4、 Model representation
For example, KDW25x2: KDW is the series code of multi-stage pump, 25 is the nominal diameter of the pump outlet of 25mm, and 2 is the number of stages of the pump, i.e. Level 2.
5、 Application field
KDW multistage pump is used to pump clean water and liquid containing trace impurities with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is widely used in paper mills, waterworks or water supply companies, liquid pressurization devices, circulation and cooling systems, fire fighting, refineries, hydraulic irrigation, high-pressure water stations, etc.
